My new YouTube video is live.

12 months ago, Dan and I launched Workflows with zero revenue. Today, we're at $250K/mo with a team of 20, still fully bootstrapped.

In this video, I break down exactly how we got here. Which channels we turned on, when we turned them on, and how each one made the next one bigger.

Here's a preview of what's inside.

1. The four channels behind the business

Every lead we get comes from one of four buckets:

  • Content

  • Ads

  • Partnerships

  • Outbound.

Inside the video, I break down which one drives 70% of our revenue and why we didn't turn them all on at once.

2. The timeline of what turned on when

We didn't launch with everything running. Here's the order we did it in:

  • Launch → LinkedIn content + manual outbound

  • Month 3 → posting cadence up, team started posting, partnerships motion

  • Month 6 → X, blog, SEO

  • Month 12 → LinkedIn ads and YouTube

3. The content strategy that carried it

Content became our biggest channel because we built the whole funnel around it:

  • Personal brands as our main distribution

  • Team posting as the compounding force

  • A 90-day content plan across top, middle, and bottom of funnel

4. The team posting effect

Between Dan and I, we have 85K followers. As a team, we have 165K.

In the video, I explain how we structured content pillars per person and the quarterly LinkedIn challenge that pays team members to post.

5. Turning meetings into pipeline

We book 100+ meetings a month, but we’re only able to handle them because the qualification runs on autopilot. I walk through:

  • 2-field form → application form → Cal.com

  • Auto-enrichment in Clay

  • Slack approval flow with pre-frame email sequences

  • 9 nurturing touch points before hopping on a call

6. What I'd do differently starting today

If I had to start from scratch tomorrow, I'd focus on three things first.

I break down what they are and how to sequence them without a full team.
