After 6 months of working with Freckle.io, we drove 1M+ LinkedIn impressions, 640+ ICP sign-ups, and a 42% month-over-month growth.

No paid ads, just a content engine and an automated outbound system stitched into one compounding flywheel.

Here's how we did it.

How it started

Freckle had just closed their seed round but had 2 problems:

  1. Nathan's LinkedIn content was crushing it, but he wasn't able to stay consistent with the workflow. Only 17% of sign-ups were ICP.

  2. Automated outbound wasn't set up. The sales motion for larger accounts was still being built.

So we came in to build the system.

1. Content engine: tactical + build-in-public

We co-built a LinkedIn content engine that generated 1M+ impressions.

The standout was the content series we did around Freckle's ABM gifting campaign.

They sent custom pickleball rackets to 60 top accounts in SF. We reverse-engineered how this concept went viral before, and generated 150k impressions over 2 posts.

2. Automated outbound: signal-based + volume

Over 6 months, we launched 40+ campaigns and hundreds of variants.

The best campaign had a 23% positive reply rate, but we also had some duds.

Nathan's LinkedIn connections drove the highest-converting campaigns. But volume campaigns to RevOps + GTM leaders at growth-stage SaaS drove the most overall sign-ups.

3. Content + outbound flywheel

We ran both channels under one compounding system.

Outbound → Content

Prospect sign-ups via outbound → Freckle.io auto-pushes to a HeyReach sequence → content builds trust → trial usage → hands-on support → paid conversion.

Content → Outbound

Prospect sees a post → engages with content → Jungler + Freckle.io capture the engagement → Instantly.ai sequence triggered → sales call booked.

The result

  • 640+ direct sign-ups

  • 1M+ post impressions in 6 months
