Our LinkedIn content books 80+ inbound meetings and drives 1.5M+ impressions every month across the team.
LinkedIn is usually treated as a creative exercise. For us, it's a system.
Here's the full breakdown.

1. Context layer
Claude Code is only as good as the context we give it.
Everything gets documented first:
Notion: content templates and SOPs
Ergo: content interviews and sales call transcripts
GitHub: our Company OS (voice guides, design system, positioning, client files)
2. Research layer
Four research inputs, all queryable on demand:
Browserbase: live web research
Exa: competitor content analysis
Workflows.io: our own post analytics tool
Pinecone + Apify: a viral database of 5,700+ top-performing posts, continuously updated
3. MCP and CLI
Tools connected: Google Workspace, GitHub, Pinecone, Slack, Notion, Apify, Exa, Firecrawl, Ergo, n8n, Browserbase.
4. Skills and agents
Our previous SOPs have now become our skills.
And agents split the work:
Strategist: pillars, positioning, POV
Researcher: reference posts, data points, proof
Drafter: angles, outlines, formats
Grader: hook strength, readability, graphic limits
Analyst: what's performing (and what isn't)
The team runs all of it from the Claude Code CLI inside Cursor.
5. Outputs
Claude never publishes or writes the full post. It hands over ideas, research, formats, hooks, and design briefs.
Humans write everything that goes live.
6. The content team
Three roles doing the actual creation:
Content writer
Graphic designer
Video editor
Plus always another eye for editing before anything ships.
7. Pipeline and calendar
Everything moves through Notion:
Ideas → Drafts → In Progress → QA → Live
Every post gets tagged TOF, MOF, or BOF and mapped to a slot on the calendar.
8. Engagement capture
Jungler pulls every person who engages with a post. We use the list to retarget them on LinkedIn and email (outbound and ads) through Instantly, HeyReach, and Clay.
So what do you do with this?
If your buyers are on LinkedIn, this is the best pipeline you can build. Once the system compounds, every new post makes the next one sharper.
It took us months to develop. If you want help building the same setup for your team…
