Hey there!

Here’s the eleventh edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas you want to rely on

Let's get into it.

I've run outbound dozens of hundreds of companies over the last years.

One pattern keeps showing up.

Some teams rely heavily on automation but lose control of targeting and messaging. Others build everything manually and get stuck when it’s time to scale.

The difference is how structured the system behind it is.

This is our Automated Outbound Playbook 2026.

At a high level, it breaks down into 6 steps:

  • Create an ICP model

  • Define campaign strategy

  • Source and enrich accounts

  • Source and segment contacts

  • Launch multichannel outreach

  • Track and report on what's working

This is the order we follow, so things don’t fall apart halfway through.

2. Which AI tool you should look into

Jungler helps you capture people who are already engaging with LinkedIn content that matters to your ICP.

That includes engagement on your own posts, competitor content, or industry influencers.

It lets you:

  • Send engaged profiles directly to Clay for enrichment and outreach

  • Push mentions to Slack so you don't miss a signal

  • Connect to any workflow via webhook

One of the best triggers for signal-based outbound.

3. What GTM resource we found useful

Instantly's Cold Email Copywriting Framework is a simple breakdown of how they structure emails that get replies.

Most cold emails fail because they feel like templates sent to thousands of people.

This framework breaks it down to three parts:

  • Personalisation

  • Offer

  • CTA

It walks you through how to make emails feel personal and gives you editable templates to start from.

If outbound is part of your GTM motion, this is worth bookmarking before you write your next sequence.

4. AI news of the week

Nooks is officially rolling out AI Sequencing as part of its new Agent Workspace, a single interface for running outbound.

Instead of keeping sequencing separate from everything else, Nooks pulls research, signals, calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach into one place.

The idea is to give reps more context where they're already working.

Nooks is now able to:

  • build and manage multi-channel sequences with AI assistance

  • bring research and signals into the same interface

  • connect dialling and email execution together

  • learn from rep behaviour over time
