Hey there!
Hereβs the nineteenth edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas you want to rely on
Let's get into it.
1. Featured workflow
Our team posts on LinkedIn almost every day.
But those posts never make it to our blog because nobody has time to sit down and rewrite them.
So we built a system that does it for us. This is our LinkedIn-to-Blog Publishing Playbook.

Here's what it covers:
Every new LinkedIn post from our team gets pushed into a Notion database automatically.
A daily Claude Cowork task rewrites each post into a long-form blog in our brand voice.
We review each morning and approve or reject.
On approval, the blog publishes directly to Webflow.
LinkedIn post to published blog with one review step in between.
2. Which AI tool you should look into
We spend a lot of time explaining complex GTM systems to clients and to our audience.
Simply writing it out rarely works.. you need to visualize how the pieces connect.
Miro is the best tool for that.
We map all of our playbook, workflow, and system as a flowchart on a Miro board.
Those flowcharts then become the core of our LinkedIn posts and newsletters.

Best part about it:
6k+ templates to start from instead of a blank canvas
AI agents that help with research, analysis, and planning on your board
Connects to Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub Copilot through MCP.
If you explain complex systems to clients or an audience, Miro makes it a lot easier.

3. What GTM resource we found useful
Dan and I sat down with Adam Robinson to break down how we run ABM in 2026.
We covered the full system we use with clients, from ICP to signals to activation.

Here's what we covered:
Building an ICP using firmographics, technographics, and account fit signals
Why a clean TAM map usually pulls from 2-3 databases
Tiering accounts in concentric circles without overcomplicating the scoring
The difference between account fit signals (static) and intent signals (time-based)
If you're rethinking your ABM motion for 2026, this one's worth an hour of your time.

4. AI news of the week
Anthropic just launched Claude Design.
You describe what you want, and Claude builds it for you, then you refine it with inline comments or direct edits.

Here's what it can build:
Prototype, pitch decks, landing pages and social assets
Working prototypes from a screenshot of any website
Exports to Canva, PDF, PPTX, or standalone HTML
Available now for Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans.
Thatβs a wrap for this week.
