Hey there!
Here’s the #29 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.
Let's get into it.
1. Featured workflow
HubSpot's built-in workflows are great.
But the moment you need something custom (like scoring an account on enrollment or copying line items between deals), you may hit a wall.
The fix is custom code: a few lines of JavaScript/Python inside a HubSpot workflow that can do bulk associations, AI-based scoring, external API calls, and custom Slack alerts.

Here’s how it works:
Create a private app inside HubSpot to get an API token. Store the token securely, it only shows once.
Add only the permissions the code actually needs, like contacts, companies, deals, or custom objects.
Drop a Custom Code action into any workflow and link your private app from the dropdown.
Define what data the code reads in and sends back out through inputs and outputs (max 25 output fields, all cast to strings).
Write the code in HubSpot's editor using JavaScript. axios, lodash, and moment are available.
Test it on a real record before activating to make sure the output matches what downstream actions expect.
2. Which AI tool you should look into
Technogaphics is one of the most important signal to track for outbound.
Sumble has team-level org data, tech usage, and other buying signals inside each account.

Sumble lets you:
See the actual team using each tool inside a target account.
Map reporting lines and org structure so you know who controls the budget.
Catch buying signals like hiring activity, tech migrations, and active projects.
Discover net-new companies that match your best customers using their signal graph.
Push data to your CRM or run it through their MCP server for AI-powered account research.

3. What GTM resource we found useful
Dan just shared the exact 2026 GTM Roadmap we use to map funnels for our clients.
It covers all 7 phases of a modern GTM motion, with the specific tools we use at each stage.

The 7 phases are:
Traffic Generation
Lead Capture
Lead Nurture
Data Routing
Qualification
Sales-Led Conversion
Close → Retention & Expansion
4. AI news of the week
Anthropic restored access to Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5 this week after a three-week suspension.
The models were pulled on June 12 after US export controls kicked in over a security report from Amazon. Those controls have now been lifted, and Fable 5 has been available globally since July 1.

A few things to know:
Fable 5 is included at up to 50% of weekly limits for Pro, Max, Team, and select Enterprise plans through July 7, then moves to usage credits
Mythos 5 access is restored for approved US organizations, with the broader Glasswing program expanding over time
Anthropic added a new safety classifier that blocks the specific technique reported by Amazon in over 99% of cases
Anthropic, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google are now drafting a shared industry framework for scoring jailbreak severity, similar to the CVSS system for software vulnerabilities
That's a wrap for this week.
