Hey there!
Here’s the #30 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.
Let's get into it.
1. Featured workflow
Cold outreach converts far better when the account already recognizes your name.
LinkedIn Ads is one of the best channels to warm up your exact ICP accounts you care about.

Here's the step-by-step breakdown to activate the channel:
Validate the fit first: ACV above $10K, ICP on LinkedIn, and at least 200 target accounts.
Upload your target list from Clay, Apollo, or your CRM to build a matched audience.
Run three ad layers in parallel: awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Build 3-4 creatives per ad set across six angles: pain, trust, value, offer, comparison, and feature.
Track attribution through LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Fibbler or Factors.ai for view-through, and HubSpot for lead-to-demo rate.
2. Which AI tool you should look into
Reps spend hours every week on account research, meeting prep, follow-ups, and creating personalized sales assets for companies.
It's a lot of manual work that doesn't need a human doing it.
Mutiny is an AI agent that handles that work from inside Slack or Claude. It plugs into your CRM, calendar, docs, and call recordings, and produces work at the quality of your best rep.

Mutiny also lets you:
Walk into every call up to speed on the account, attendees, and goals
Send customized follow-ups minutes after the call, and see who engaged
Generate deal-ready proposals and pricing from CRM context in minutes
Build 1:1 ABM pages for target accounts without waiting on design
Turn a customer win into a polished, on-brand case study while it is still fresh
Reach the full buying committee so deals stop stalling on one contact
3. What GTM resource we found useful
We are running a LIVE webinar next Tuesday with Freckle on using Claude Code to automate HubSpot workflows.
Jan Brochwicz from our team and Andy Toizer from Freckle will build everything live, followed by Q&A.

You'll see how to:
Audit a HubSpot instance
Enrich companies and contacts
Deduplicate records
Build a TAM account map
Tier accounts automatically
Route tasks and generate reports
Live next Tuesday, July 15 at 10 AM PT (1 PM ET).
4. AI news of the week
Zoom is buying Common Room, an AI-native GTM intelligence platform used by Atlassian, Anthropic, Notion, Okta, and Snowflake.
Common Room pulls scattered buyer signals (from your CRM, marketing tools, and product usage) into one view, then uses AI agents to act on them.
Zoom is plugging it into Revenue Accelerator so reps get real customer context before every call.

A few things to know:
Common Room's RoomieAI agents handle account research, personalization, and prospecting inside the tools reps already use
Adds real-time buyer intelligence on top of Zoom's existing conversation intelligence
Third big GTM AI acquisition in recent weeks after Salesforce buying Fin and SpaceX buying Cursor
That's a wrap for this week.
