Hey there!

Here’s the #32 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.

Let's get into it.

I've set up the outbound strategy for 200+ companies.

Claude Code has changed the way I do it.

Now you can get your outbound campaigns live within 30 minutes just by chatting with it.

Here’s how I’d build one from scratch today:

  • Map the outbound strategy on Miro

  • Build lists from two sources: cold ICP (Apollo, Ocean.io, AI Ark) and signals (RB2B, Jungler, Fibbler).

  • Enrich through Claude Code into Clay.

  • Segment by motion type: cold ICP into account segments, signals by signal type.

  • Tier every account through Claude Code: Tier 1 gets all channels, Tier 3 gets email only.

  • Push everything into Instantly and HeyReach automatically.

2. Which AI tool you should look into

If you’re running LinkedIn Ads but have attribution problems..

Fibbler fixes that and ties LinkedIn and Google ad spend directly to CRM pipeline and closed-won revenue.

Fibbler lets you:

  • Track revenue attribution inside HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs

  • See which specific companies are viewing or clicking your ads (even if they don't fill out a form)

  • Auto-route accounts that engage with your ads to BDR sequences through Clay, Slack, or Zapier

  • Schedule campaigns to only run during peak hours and cap impressions per company

  • Query your ad and attribution data through the Fibbler MCP server from any LLM

3. What GTM resource we found useful

Nooks is running a LIVE session on July 30 on how they build AI agents for sales teams.

Rohan Suri (co-founder) and Alex Avila (Head of Solutions Engineering) will be building three agents in 30 minutes.

You’ll see how to build:

  • An email agent that drafts and sends personalized outbound

  • A prospecting agent that pulls from Sales Nav, enriches, and drops leads into a sequence

  • A coaching agent that surfaces rep behaviors before your next 1:1

They’ll also share the prompt framework they use to build agents with their biggest customers.

Live next Thursday, July 30 at 9 AM PT.

4. AI news of the week

Reo.Dev just raised $11.3M Series A to scale its buying signals platform for teams selling to engineers.

They track things like GitHub commits, Docker pulls, and CLI activity, then turn that into buyer intent for your sales team

A few things to know:

  • Their Developer Knowledge Graph now covers 100M+ engineer profiles across 3,000+ technologies

  • 200+ customers including NVIDIA, LangChain, ElevenLabs, and Temporal

  • DataHub generated $1.01M in pipeline from Reo.Dev-signaled accounts in one quarter

  • New Agent Intent Gateway captures buying signals from AI agents interacting with products through MCP

That's a wrap for this week.
