Hey there!

Here’s the #33 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.

Let's get into it.

After working with 250+ B2B companies, I noticed the same 3 problems come up over and over:

  • Not enough leads

  • Referrals are the only reliable source

  • No clear positioning

There are 6 stages to fix this and build a modern GTM funnel.

Here's how it works:

  • Generate traffic through content, outbound, ads, and partnerships.

  • Capture leads through lead magnets, webinars, community signups, and product signups.

  • Nurture through email flows, retargeting ads, and SDR touchpoints.

  • Convert through video demos, case studies, testimonials, and free tools.

  • Qualify with Clay and Apollo, then route Tier 1 to reps and Tier 2 to sequences.

  • Retain and expand through account health tracking, expansion plays, and referrals.

2. Which AI tool you should look into

Every call scheduling tool does the same job: share a link, book a time, sync the calendar.

The difference is that most of them cost more than they should and lock the best features behind paid tiers.

Cal.com is open-source, self-hostable, and comes with a free tier that includes most of what teams need.

Cal.com lets you:

  • Sync availability across Google, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and CalDAV

  • Book meetings through Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams

  • Accept payments through Stripe on paid bookings

  • Route leads with round-robin scheduling and qualification forms

  • Self-host the entire thing if you want full control over your data

3. What GTM resource we found useful

Workflows.io generates 1.5M+ LinkedIn impressions per month, and Claude Code does 80% of the heavy lifting behind that.

Dan just broke down the exact 10 Claude Code skills we use for LinkedIn content, from ideation to analytics.

The 10 skills:

  • /linkedin-db: pulls top performers from our 2,000+ viral post database in Pinecone

  • /content-call-research: mines call transcripts for post angles

  • /content-ideator: curates hooks, formats, and examples from a raw idea

  • /linkedin-drafter: writes 3 drafts with bullet points and snippets

  • /frontend-skill: creates UIs based on the design system

  • /graphic-designer: generates graphic mockups from 100+ examples

  • /hook-grader: scores hooks against our viral hook database

  • /post-qa: fact-checks copy and finds micro-improvements

  • /post-scheduler: queues posts in Ordinal with our preferred settings

  • /content-analytics: analyzes post metrics for tactical reports

4. AI news of the week

Anthropic just launched Claude Opus 5, the new default model on Claude Max and the strongest one on Claude Pro.

It comes close to Fable 5's intelligence at half the cost, and the same pricing as Opus 4.8.

A few things to know:

  • Tops the leaderboards on coding and knowledge work benchmarks like Frontier-Bench, CursorBench, and ARC-AGI 3

  • Available on Claude API, Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork at $5/$25 per million tokens

  • Fast mode runs at 2.5x speed for 2x the price

That's a wrap for this week.
