Hey there!
Here’s the #35 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.
Let's get into it.
1. Featured Workflow
We generate 1.5M+ LinkedIn impressions every month at Workflows.io, and Claude Code does 80% of the heavy lifting behind that.
We don’t let AI write content. But we’re using it for research, drafting, design, QA, and analytics, so the writer can focus on what only a human can do.

Here's how it works:
Ideate the post by pulling top performers from a viral post database in Pinecone and mining Ergo call transcripts.
Draft the post with Claude Code, generating 3 variants with bullet points and research snippets baked in.
Design the graphic by generating UI mockups from the design system and remixing from 100+ reference examples.
QA the post by scoring the hook against a viral hook database, fact-checking copy, and scheduling in Ordinal.
Analyze performance after publishing to produce tactical reports and find posts worth repurposing.
2. Which AI tool you should look into
LinkedIn's native inbox is messy for 99% of users: no keyboard shortcuts, labels, or way to snooze a conversation for follow-up.
Kondo is like Superhuman but for LinkedIn.
You get keyboard shortcuts, custom labels, snooze reminders, and split inboxes that keep your inbox organized.

Kondo lets you:
Navigate the entire inbox with keyboard shortcuts.
Route conversations into split inboxes by label so hot leads never get buried under noise
Snooze conversations and have them resurface at the top of the inbox at the right time
Save reusable snippets with dynamic variables to send fast without sounding templated
Send voice notes from your desktop browser.
Sync conversations and labels to HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, or Attio through webhooks
3. What GTM resource we found useful
I recently dropped a full YouTube breakdown of the outbound stack we use for clients, based on running outbound for 200+ B2B companies.

It covers tools for:
Setting up email infrastructure and figuring out how many domains and mailboxes you need
Sourcing companies from B2B databases and scrapers
Enriching data and writing personalized copy
Running signal-based plays for engagement, website visitors, and tech stacks
Sequencing through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling tools
4. AI news of the week
OpenAI just launched Agent Plugins, an open standard for packaging AI agent skills and MCP servers so they work across different tools.
The steering committee includes Amazon, Cursor, Microsoft, OpenAI, and Vercel.
Anthropic-style skills and MCP servers can now be bundled into one portable package that any compatible client can load.

A few things to know:
Agent Plugins wraps Agent Skills and MCP servers into a single portable package format
Vendor-neutral and openly licensed, developed in public on GitHub
Compatible clients can discover and load the same plugin without vendor lock-in
Launch coincides with GPT-5 turning one year old (launched August 7, 2025)
