Hey there,

Here’s the #36 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.

Let's get into it.

Workflows.io is a 20-person GTM engineering org, and this is the exact blueprint we use to map out funnels for us + our clients.

Here's how it works:

  • Run at least 2 traffic channels to build awareness: content, outbound, ads, or partnerships.

  • Capture leads through social followers, website visitors, gated content, form fills, and free trials.

  • Turn awareness into trust before sales conversion: digital marketing, website resources, and field marketing.

  • Enrich every lead through Clay, then sync to your CRM.

  • Tier every lead and route qualified accounts to reps, enroll the rest in nurture.

  • Route each tier for the right conversion motion e.g: Tier 1 (Nooks + Apollo), Tier 2 (Instantly + HeyReach), Tier 3 (Instantly).

  • Track leads, deals, renewals, and expansion as separate pipelines.

2. Which AI tool you should look into

LinkedIn is the biggest inbound channel for B2B companies, but running a full content system on top of it means stitching together 5 different tools.

MagicPost does all of it in one place, built exclusively for LinkedIn and connected through the official API.

It lets you:

  • Generate post ideas from a theme, persona, or URL, then match your own writing voice.

  • Browse 2M+ high-performing LinkedIn posts for inspiration and hooks.

  • Schedule posts and first comments, plus manage the whole content calendar.

  • Detect who engages with your posts and score them against your ICP for lead gen.

  • Run the entire tool from Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI assistant through the MagicPost MCP server.

3. What GTM resource we found useful

Nooks is running a LIVE session on August 27 on how they use their own product to run AI-powered Plays every week.

Sabrina Hu (Product Manager @ Nooks) and Katie Aprile (Account Executive @ Nooks) will build 3 Plays in 30 minutes, across both inbound and outbound.

You'll see how to:

  • Trigger AI agents automatically based on inbound signals

  • Route agent outputs to the right rep without manual work

  • Update the CRM from agent workflows without breaking handoffs

4. AI news of the week

Cursor is now officially part of SpaceX after the acquisition closed this week.

The deal was first announced in April as a partnership with SpaceX AI for model training, and the $60B acquisition we covered back in June has now officially completed.

A few things to know:

  • Cursor gets access to what SpaceX calls the largest GPU fleet in the world, which means cheaper and more capable models

  • Grok 4.6 is the first joint model release available inside Cursor

  • Cursor keeps its independent product direction, still focused on AI coding agents

  • Third major GTM-adjacent AI acquisition to close this quarter after Salesforce/Fin and Zoom/Common Room
