Hey there,
Here’s the #37 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.
Let's get into it.
1. Featured workflow
We rebuilt our entire company around Claude Code, MCPs, and a shared knowledge layer.
80% of the execution work now runs on AI, so the team can focus on strategy and quality.

Here's how it works:
Map every process in Notion first: people involved, tools used, automations, and related SOPs.
Connect 25+ MCPs to Claude Code including Slack, HubSpot, Instantly, HeyReach, Apollo, and Supabase.
Build a
/wikifolder in GitHub with every client, SOP, transcript, and campaign as markdown files.Build a
/skillsfolder with 20 core Claude Code skills across a library of 50+ that each get a task 80% done.Enforce a strict folder structure so Claude Code can navigate it.
Give the team access through Claude Code CLI in Cursor and custom frontends on Vercel.
Humans own strategy and quality review. Claude Code handles the execution.
2. Which AI tool you should look into
I write a lot every day… LinkedIn posts, emails, Slack messages, prompts inside Clay and Claude.
Wispr Flow is one of my must-have tools. It's a voice-to-text tool that works inside any app. You just speak, and it writes for you.

Wispr Flow lets you:
Dictate directly into Slack, Notion, Gmail, Google Docs, or any text field
Learn your jargon and product terms from your corrections through Smart Dictionary
Recognize coding syntax like
camelCaseand integrate with Cursor and Windsurf for coding by voiceUse Whisper mode to dictate quietly in shared spaces without losing accuracy
→ Try Wispr Flow
3. What GTM resource we found useful
We rebuilt our entire outbound process around Claude Code.
I turned our automated outbound setup plan into a 1-page cheat sheet.

The cheat sheet covers:
Tech stack
ICP and positioning
Mailboxes and domains
Tool setup
Integrations
Campaign workflow
We still use Clay for enrichment and signals, but you could theoretically run the whole thing through the terminal.
4. AI news of the week
OpenAI rolled out ChatGPT ads across 31 European markets on August 24.
The ads only show for Free and Go users, and stay outside the model's actual answers.

A few things to know:
The rollout covers all 27 EU states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland
No competitive transparency library exists yet (unlike Meta's Ad Library or Google's Ads Transparency Center)
Advertisers buy through OpenAI's Ads Solutions team and agency partners, with self-serve buying coming later
Marks the 6-month point of OpenAI's ads business, which now runs on a paid surface inside ChatGPT
