Hey there,

Here’s the #40 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.

Let's get into it.

Ranking on Google alone isn't enough anymore..

Buyers now search in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini before they ever hit your website, and each one surfaces content differently.

What to build: a system that researches, drafts, and publishes content optimized for both search engines and LLMs, then captures every visitor into pipeline.

Here's how it works:

  • Research keywords in Semrush plus question-based phrases from Amazon reviews and forums that show up in LLM answers.

  • Draft the content with Claude or ChatGPT, matching the format (blog, playbook, listicle) to the keyword intent.

  • Optimize for both: H1/H2 structure, FAQs, schema markup, and clear summaries that AI crawlers can parse.

  • Publish and track ranking across Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overview.

  • Capture every website visitor with RB2B for company-level ID and gated forms for high-value content.

  • Nurture captured leads through HubSpot email sequences plus retargeting on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.

  • Sync everything to your CRM, tier leads by fit, and route Tier 1 to AEs.

2. Which AI tool you should look into

As a remote team at Workflows.io, we do a lot of screen recording like client walkthroughs, SOPs, product feedback for our engineering team.

Cap is a lightweight, open-source alternative to Loom with instant recording, 4K studio mode, and AI-generated titles and summaries.

With Loom getting acquired, we had to switch to this.

Cap lets you:

  • Instant mode: share a link the moment you stop recording

  • Studio mode: record in 4K at 60 FPS with separate screen, camera, and mic tracks

  • Auto-generate titles, chapters, summaries, captions, and transcripts with Cap AI

  • Smart auto-zoom on important content and cursor movements during recordings

  • Integrate with Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex through local MCP servers and CLI

3. What GTM resource we found useful

Clay recently published their internal AI writing policy, and it's the best breakdown we've seen of how to use AI for writing without losing the human voice.

Their engineering team wrote it after noticing docs were getting longer, harder to read, and full of AI tics. It applies to any team using AI to draft content.

The core principles:

  • You must stand behind every sentence in your docs (no "AI wrote that, ignore it")

  • Writing is thinking, so don't outsource the thinking

  • More time should be spent authoring a doc than reading it

  • Longer is not better, and AI makes it easy to generate long docs full of vacuous sentences

4. AI news of the week

Bending Spoons is acquiring Miro for $1.355 billion, closing in Q4 2026.

This is the second major workflow tool Bending Spoons has bought in the last week (they closed the Airtable acquisition just before this).

A few things to know:

  • Miro has around $600M in annual recurring revenue, 90% from business and enterprise customers

  • 100M users across 250,000 organizations, 750+ customers spending $100K+/year

  • Bending Spoons' portfolio now includes Airtable, Evernote, WeTransfer, Vimeo, and Brightcove

  • Miro's CEO Andrey Khusid framed the deal as a way to keep building on the "AI-first workspace" they've built over 15 years
