Hey there,
Here’s the #42 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.
Let's get into it.
1. Featured workflow
Ranking on Google alone isn’t enough anymore..
Buyers now search in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini before they ever hit your website, and each one surfaces content differently.
The fix is a system that researches, drafts, and publishes content optimized for both search engines and LLMs, then captures every visitor into pipeline.

Here’s how it works:
Research keywords in Semrush plus question-based phrases from forums and reviews that show up in LLMs.
Draft with Claude or ChatGPT, matching the format to the keyword intent.
Optimize for both: clean structure, FAQs, schema markup, and summaries AI can parse.
Publish and track ranking across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overview.
Capture visitors with RB2B and gate high-value content behind forms.
Nurture through HubSpot sequences and retargeting on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
Sync to your CRM, tier leads by fit, and route Tier 1 to AEs.
2. Which AI tool you should look into
Knowing the tech stack behind a target account tells you what their current gaps are, what they’re likely to buy next and how to pitch them.
BuiltWith scans any website and tells you exactly what powers it: CMS, hosting, analytics, ad pixels, and 127,000+ other technologies tracked across millions of sites.

BuiltWith lets you:
Build prospect lists filtered by tech usage, revenue, headcount, and location
Track competitors and get alerts when they add, remove, or upgrade technologies
Export data to CSV or sync directly to HubSpot or Salesforce
Access everything through the API for automated lookups and enrichment

4. AI news of the week
OpenAI just launched two new ChatGPT models: GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna.
Sol is designed for complex work (research, coding, business workflows), and Luna is for everyday tasks.

A few things to know:
GPT-6 Sol beats Claude Opus 5 on Zapier's benchmark for running business workflows across apps, at 9% of the cost
GPT-6 Sol makes about half as many factual mistakes as the previous Sol model
Both models write more clearly: less jargon, fewer odd phrases, no vague filler
Available today in ChatGPT and Codex for Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users
Comes with better prompt caching: 90% discount on cached input tokens and higher cache hit rates by default
