Hey there,

Here’s the #44 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.

Let's get into it.

There are hundreds of signal tools in the GTM Space.

You can now track product usage, website visits, LinkedIn engagement, job changes, funding announcements and many more.

Activating them is arguably the most important part, so here’s a guide:

How it works:

  • Capture signals from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party sources through webhooks, APIs, and native integrations.

  • Aggregate everything into one master table in Clay.

  • Enrich company and contact data through Clay, BetterContact, and Findymail.

  • Look up every account in HubSpot or Salesforce to see if it already exists and who owns it.

  • Score accounts into Tier 1, 2, or 3 based on firmographics, technographics, and signal strength.

  • Route to reps as CRM tasks and Slack alerts, run retargeting on LinkedIn and Google Ads, trigger Instantly and HeyReach sequences.

2. Which AI tool you should look into

If you’re running automated outbound through Instantly and HeyReach, you should take a look at OutboundSync.

OutboundSync logs every send, reply, bounce, and connection request back to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio in real time.

TL;DR:

  • Log every outbound activity to the right contact in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio

  • Route replies to the rep who owns the account the moment they come in

  • Sync your do-not-contact list from the CRM back to Instantly and HeyReach so customers never get a cold email

  • Tie campaigns directly to closed-won revenue inside your CRM dashboards

  • Run analytics and preflight checks on your campaigns from Claude Code or Cursor through the MCP server

3. What GTM resource we found useful

Dan just posted the ABM playbook we use at Workflows.io.

It’s the exact 7-step setup we run for clients, built around how we think ABM should work in 2026.

The 7 steps:

  • Build an ICP model from your highest-spend customers and backtest it against the CRM

  • Map a broad TAM by pulling from AI Ark, DiscoLike, Ocean.io, Apify, and funding databases

  • Research and score every account in Clay before reps touch it

  • Source contacts through AI Ark and Sales Nav, then enrich with Findymail and BetterContact

  • Track 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party signals (RB2B, Clay, Rodz) and sync them to the CRM

  • Score awareness in 5 stages (Identified → Aware → Interested → Considering → Selecting)

  • Run demand gen across LinkedIn ads, content, outbound, and 1:1 plays

4. AI news of the week

TypeSafe just raised $870M at a $7.5B valuation to scale Jev, an AI model built specifically for structured outputs.

Instead of answering with free-form text like ChatGPT, Jev only returns a yes/no, a pick from a list, or a numeric score. That makes it a lot cheaper and faster for AI agents doing classification work (like scoring leads or qualifying ICPs).

A few things to know:

  • Already used by about a third of the Fortune 500, less than a month after launch

  • Returns answers in under 700 milliseconds (up to 200x faster than frontier LLMs)

  • Up to 100x cheaper than general-purpose models for classification tasks

  • Every answer comes with a confidence score, so your app can filter out low-confidence results automatically

  • Perfect for GTM agents that score leads, qualify ICPs, or classify replies
