Hey there,
Here’s the #45 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.
Let's get into it.
1. Featured workflow
Companies reading your SEO content are some of the warmest outbound leads you can get.
So we built a flow that captures every company visiting your content and routes them straight into outbound.

Here’s how it works:
Pull keywords through Ahrefs or Semrush, mixing seed terms, long-tails, and competitor rankings.
Build topic clusters starting with BoFU (pricing, comparisons) and layering ToFU and MoFU on top.
Draft content with AirOps and optimize with Clearscope.
Repurpose each blog into LinkedIn posts, newsletter sections, and carousels.
Deanonymize website traffic with RB2B and route identified companies into Clay.
Enrich and qualify in Clay or through Claude Code (BetterContact and Findymail for emails and phones).
Route by tier: Tier 1 gets LinkedIn Ads, DMs, and cold email, Tier 2 gets DMs and email, Tier 3 gets email only.
2. Which AI tool you should look into
We use Claude Code + Firecrawl for most of our web scraping work now.
The combo replaces every python script we used to maintain, with Claude Code writing the logic and Firecrawl handling the rendering and markdown conversion.

Firecrawl lets you:
Scrape clean markdown or structured JSON from any site, with JavaScript rendering handled automatically
Search the web and get full-page markdown back from each result in one call
Crawl entire websites or sections with path filters and depth controls
Click, scroll, fill forms, and navigate multi-step flows through AI prompts or code
Connect to Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf through the official MCP server
3. What GTM resource we found useful
Claude Code completely changed the way we work at Workflows.io.
We spend over 200 hours a week inside Claude Code, and I just put a full walkthrough together on how we use it.

The video covers:
The 4 modes of Claude and when to use each
The 11 pieces of AI jargon you actually need to know (skills, MCPs, hooks, repos, plugins)
How to get Claude Code set up on your machine step by step
3 real use cases: scraping LinkedIn posts into Pinecone, finding leads through the AI Ark MCP, and generating LinkedIn posts in your own voice
How to set up your Company OS so your whole team can use the same skills and plugins
4. AI news of the week
Blacksmith, one of our early clients, just raised $66M Series C at a $1B valuation.
They run cloud infrastructure built specifically for CI, so engineering teams can run builds and tests without managing their own servers.

A few things to know:
CI jobs running on Blacksmith each week grew from 5M to 90M in 9 months, and ARR grew 17x
10,000+ companies use it, including Granola, Handshake, Supabase, and LangChain
Builds and tests run 2x faster at 60% lower cost on average
They operate close to 10 megawatts of compute across the US and Europe, with 5x expansion planned for 2027
