Hey there,

Here’s the #46 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.

Let's get into it.

Job postings are one of the earliest buying signals you can track.

For example, when a team brings in a new RevOps lead or starts hiring an SDR team, new tools tend to follow soon after.

Here’s how to set the signal up:

  • Pull TAM accounts into Clay from Apollo, AI Ark, DiscoLike, or Ocean.io.

  • Track new job postings every week through Clay.

  • Keep only the roles that signal intent, like RevOps, GTM, or new department heads.

  • Score each hiring account into Tier 1, 2, or 3, then pull the hiring manager and decision makers.

  • Route Tier 1 to LinkedIn DMs through HeyReach that mention the role, and Tier 2 and 3 to email sequences in Instantly.

2. Which AI tool you should look into

Jungler captures the people already engaging with LinkedIn content that matters to your ICP.

That includes engagement on your own posts, competitor content, and industry influencers.

Jungler lets you:

  • Monitor any LinkedIn post, competitor profile, or keyword in real time without connecting your LinkedIn account

  • Capture every like, comment, and follow as an intent signal

  • Filter engagers by job title, company, and ICP fit

  • Push signals to Clay, HeyReach, Slack, Google Sheets, or n8n

  • Build reusable workbooks for different signal types

3. What GTM resource we found useful

Dan just mapped out the full 2026 GTM funnel we use at Workflows.io.

It covers all 7 phases of a modern GTM motion, with the specific tools we use at each stage.

The 7 phases:

  • Traffic generation

  • Lead capture

  • Lead nurture

  • Qualification

  • Data routing

  • Sales-led conversion

  • Retention and expansion

4. AI news of the week

OpenAI just announced the deprecation of GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, GPT-4.1, and GPT-4.1 mini.

All four will shut down in the API on January 14, 2027, with GPT-6 Luna as the recommended replacement.

A few things to know:

  • GPT-4o mini is the model powering a lot of AI-SDR, scoring, and qualification workflows inside Clay, Instantly, and other GTM tools

  • Any fine-tuned version of the four models shuts down on the same date

  • GPT-6 Luna is a direct drop-in replacement at a similar price point

  • Clay already shows the deprecation warning when you use these models
