Hey there,

Here’s the #47 edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to scale your go-to-market systems.

Let's get into it.

Every month, LinkedIn content drives 2M+ impressions across our team.

Here’s how we pull every person who engages with a post, and we use the list to retarget them on LinkedIn + email.

The workflow to setup:

  • Pick the posts to monitor: company founders, company pages, top creators the ICP follows, and your internal team.

  • Capture every like, comment, and repost through Jungler and route the engagers into Clay.

  • Run a CRM lookup in HubSpot to exclude existing clients, open deals, and closed-lost accounts.

  • For net new, enrich company data in Clay and find work emails through Findymail.

  • Qualify every engager with Claygent against role, seniority, and company fit.

  • Score qualified engagers into Tier 1, 2, or 3.

  • Route Tier 1 to HeyReach LinkedIn DMs and Instantly email, Tier 2 and 3 to Instantly email only.

2. Which AI tool you should look into

LinkedIn ads work... but their native reporting won’t tell you which companies actually saw them.

ZenABM pulls company-level engagement data straight from the LinkedIn API and syncs it to your CRM, so you know which target accounts are in-market before they ever click.

ZenABM lets you:

  • Track company-level impressions, clicks, and engagement per campaign, campaign group, and ABM program

  • Automatically score accounts based on how they engage with your ads

  • Tag intent and sync engagement stages back to HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Capture engagement across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, organic traffic, and AI chatbot referrals

  • Query your ad data through the MCP server inside Claude Code or Cursor

3. What GTM resource we found useful

Dan just posted the full 2026 ABM LinkedIn Ads Playbook we run at Workflows.io.

He breaks the whole thing into 10 steps with the exact tools, bid rules, and offers we use at each stage.

The 10 steps:

  1. Set up ads infrastructure: Insight Tag, Conversions API, and HubSpot sync

  2. Build an ICP model from firmographics, technographics, and custom data points

  3. Pull the target account list from 2+ sources

  4. Target by title or seniority, exclude customers and competitors

  5. One segment, one offer, one ad set

  6. Build the funnel around awareness stages (Identified → Selecting)

  7. Match offers to funnel stage: thought leadership at top, demos at bottom

  8. Route engaged accounts to reps through ZenABM or Fibbler

  9. Report on UTM, engagement, and influenced pipeline

  10. Remove underperforming ads after 1,000+ impressions

4. AI news of the week

Nooks just raised $500M from General Catalyst and launched Node, their new AI personal assistant for sales reps.

Node works every deal in the background, drafts the follow-ups based on what was promised on the last call, and flags buying committee members who go quiet before the deal stalls.

A few things to know:

  • 96% of emails drafted by Nooks agents go out without edits

  • 2,000+ companies run on Nooks, including Glean, Notion, Deel, Factory, and Replit

  • Nooks is growing 3x year over year with 135% net revenue retention

  • The $500M is growth capital that gets repaid from the customer value it creates

  • Inbound Agents launch in Q1 2027, joining Deal, Outbound, Expansion, and Coaching Agents on the platform
