Hey there!

Here’s the fifth edition of Workflows Weekly, with a few workflows, tools, and ideas to take into 2026.

Let’s get into it.

Cold outreach works when the message is on point.

The reader should immediately know why you’re reaching out and what you’re offering.

This is our Cold Outreach Messaging Framework.

Cold Outreach Messaging Framework

At a high level, the messaging should:

  • explain why you’re reaching out

  • end with a single clear next step or question

  • keep the entire message short and easy to read

2. Which AI tool you should look into

BetterContact helps you find email and mobile phone data by looking into 20+ data providers with just one subscription.

It's built for teams that want quality contact info without using multiple services.

BetterContact

It lets you:

  • upload a CSV and enrich leads with emails and phone numbers

  • enrich contacts directly inside HubSpot, without leaving your CRM

  • enrich leads inside Google Sheets using the native integration

  • build custom enrichment workflows using their API

3. What GTM resource we found useful

This 90-Day LinkedIn Content Plan is the easiest way to stay consistent on LinkedIn without guessing what to post.

The idea is simple.

Don’t guess what to post. Follow a plan.

Over 90 days, it helps you:

  • balance your content pillars

  • post formats that already work

  • move your audience from TOFU to BOFU

You still need to add your own stories and POV.

But this removes the friction of figuring out what to post each week and makes it easier to spot what actually resonates, so you can double down on it.

4. AI news of the week

Anthropic just shipped Cowork, a new research preview that turns Claude Desktop into an agent for knowledge work and not just chat.

Instead of answering one prompt at a time, Claude cowork can take a goal, break it into steps, and execute the work end-to-end.

Claude Cowork

What stands out:

  • Claude can read from and write to your local files directly

  • long-running tasks keep going without context resets

  • complex work gets split across parallel sub-agents

  • outputs are deliverables: docs, spreadsheets, slides, organized folders

It’s currently a research preview for Max plan users on macOS, but it’s a clear signal of where AI is heading.

That’s a wrap for this week.

What part of your GTM setup feels messiest right now signals, outbound, content, or something else?

Hit reply and let us know. We’ll break it down in a future issue.
